May Kaidee is the name of the vegetarian restaurant in Bangkok. It’s famous because of the taste of the food from every region of Thailand and also some Western and Chinese vegetarian foods available there as well.

May, the owner of the restaurant, is not only the one who cooks the food to serve for the customers but she’s also a vegetarian cooking teacher who has been traveling around many countries, recently in Japan, in the world to teach people how to cook Thai vegetarian foods.

And if anyone who is interested but don’t have time to learn how to cook with her, you can study about vegetarian cooking from the books she has released which are all about vegetarian food.

If you are interested, you can come taste her food at May Kaidee Restaurant where is closed to Khaosan Road, the tourist attraction in Bangkok.
