Free Carbohydrate and sugar diet

I used to gain weight up to 12 kilos and I can lost 12 kilos that I gained within 3 months, what can I do? I stopped eating carbohydrate and sugar. It’s exactly the rule of Atkin, Atkin rule is that if you want to diet and lose weight, you have to stop eating carbohydrate and sugar because carbohydrate is the food nutrition which will give you the energy to do things but since you stop eating it, the body will use the fat in your body while you’re doing the activities instead.

The pros are that you can lose the weight very fast and I can eat some other things I want like steam chicken or anything except carbohydrate and sugar. But the cons are that I feel tired all the time, I feel like I have no energy and I walk like a zombie. Anyhow, after losing weight with the Atkin’s rule, you have to be careful not to come back and eat a lot of carbohydrate, otherwise you will gain weight back again very fast because your body hasn’t got the carbohydrate for long time, so they will absorb it and keep it to your body.

Anyway, many nutritionists claim that atkin’s rule is not good for health and they think diet is very easy by just not eating more calories than you’re losing it by doing activities.


Wrong ways to Diet

Many people have very wrong idea about dieting and here is the list of the dieting ways which are not only going to work but also harm your body:

1. Low Calories Diet: It doesn’t work your metabolism will adapt the body to get used to the low calories food you eat and then it will adjust itself by burning lesser calories each day. So even you eat less, your metabolism will burn less also. The worst is that when you stop eat low calories food, the weight can come back very easy because the metabolism doesn’t adjust the level to burn the calories for itself yet.

2. Low Fat Diet: Beware of Low fat signs which are shown on the food containers, it really doesn’t help you to lose weight if the number of food you eat is still the same.

3. Low Carb Diet: it’s the most popular among three of them since it gives very fast result within a day. I tried this way before but it makes me feels totally miserable and no power to do anything. Carb gives you energy, the body which is lack of Card will not be able to do things as the normal be able to do. What’s more, it’s not easy to find food to eat at the restaurants which have very less card than the Atkin rule requires.

All those three ways to stop diet are not really working and if it’s really working, it’s gonna torture your body a lot and totally affect to your health.


Eating behaviors which make you fat

The number of the weight scale is caused from what you eat. The food you eat is the things to make you fat or thin. You have to consider in what you eat first before thinking to be on diet because if you don’t realize the pattern of what you eat is right or wrong, we will just continue doing the wrong diet or even you try to exercise, it will not help.

Stop all these behaviors if you eat unhealthy food, wrong type of calories per meal and eating meal in the wrong pattern each day. For instance, eating breakfast at 10am, lunch at 3pm, dinner at 9pm and the meal before sleep at 1am in the morning, your body is working like an engine, they set the time to work if you don’t eat food in the right time, your body will not work on burning the calories you eat and store it to be fat instead. If you realize that your behavior is similar to those things, you have to stop it right now.

I agree that exercising is very important tool to lose weight but exercising will mean nothing if you don’t change your eating behavior. Don’t worry too much on the number of the scale when you start dieting. At first, it might seem like you don’t lose any pounds but you have to wait for a little while. For better result, you better set the time like when you achieve dieting in first month, put yourself on the scale to see the improvement. Don’t make the unimportant information interfere your attempt.
