I usually use banana, raspberries, strawberries, and calcium fortified OJ in mine. I do mix it up depending on the seasons.

I get mine at Sunflower Market. I think that it local to Arizona and New Mexico. But the brand, I think that you can get at other health food stores.
It is Solgar- Whey to Go. I get the Natural Vanilla Bean flavor. I also know that Hi-Health has a good protein powder with no added sweeteners that tastes almost a good (I am picky:))
