Wrong ways to Diet
Many people have very wrong idea about dieting and here is the list of the dieting ways which are not only going to work but also harm your body:
1. Low Calories Diet: It doesn’t work your metabolism will adapt the body to get used to the low calories food you eat and then it will adjust itself by burning lesser calories each day. So even you eat less, your metabolism will burn less also. The worst is that when you stop eat low calories food, the weight can come back very easy because the metabolism doesn’t adjust the level to burn the calories for itself yet.
2. Low Fat Diet: Beware of Low fat signs which are shown on the food containers, it really doesn’t help you to lose weight if the number of food you eat is still the same.
3. Low Carb Diet: it’s the most popular among three of them since it gives very fast result within a day. I tried this way before but it makes me feels totally miserable and no power to do anything. Carb gives you energy, the body which is lack of Card will not be able to do things as the normal be able to do. What’s more, it’s not easy to find food to eat at the restaurants which have very less card than the Atkin rule requires.
All those three ways to stop diet are not really working and if it’s really working, it’s gonna torture your body a lot and totally affect to your health.
