Build Stronger Bones as a Veggie

When we don’t have enough calcium in our blood, our bodies will take calcium directly from our bones and make our bones weaker. From this we will loose a lot of strength from our bones and even damage our skeleton. The best way to solve this problem is by eating right. We need to eat more vegetables, D vitamins and magnesium for example. This will make our body absorb more calcium so that we don’t break down our skeleton. The best products for this are dry beans, tofu, soymilk and dark green vegetables such as broccoli, kale, collards and turnip greens. So as you see, you don’t have to eat meat to keep your skeleton strong and gain proteins. You can find all the nutrition you need in a simple veggie diet.

Diseases Eating Meat

Hey did you know that you have a much bigger chance for getting diseases like cancer for example if you eat meat? This has been re-searched on by many people around the world and they have found out that people who don’t eat meat has a bigger chance to get diseases than the people who are veggies. This is especially for raw and read meat though. If you however care for your health you should go over to be a veggie. We don’t live in the 1800’s anymore guys. There are now tons of delicious products for veggies to eat. My best tip is to try it for 1 month and see how you feel about it, 9/10 people actually feel better about themselves as a veggie than a meat eater.

Easy to find tasty Vegetarian food

In today’s society you won’t have to use any effort to find good tasting veggie food. Take a look at your supermarket there re tons of products there! Oh, you are not sure how to put together all those products for a delicious dish right? Well you can find out by simply taking a look at internet, going to a bookstore or getting the latest veggie magazine in the supermarket. If you plan to eat on a restaurant, fear not because almost all restaurants sell veggies dishes even steak house got salad! If you however don’t have time for a salad at steak house, you can simply visit Burger King because they also sell veggie food. You will be able to find tasty veggie food everywhere today so why haven’t you gone vegetarian yet?

Hindu Veggies

Most vegetarians in the world are Hindu. This is because Hindus teach each other to live life without hurting any other beings. Around 25% of all Hindus in the world are veggies. In India alone we find over 200 million veggies and that makes India the biggest non meat eating country in the whole world. As I said the Hindu’s believe in no violence and they do not tend to hurt anyone even animals. So I think we all should learn something from them and make the world a better place, don’t you all agree with me here? In theory Hindu’s are the most peaceful nation on earth because the are veggies.

Eat More Soy Products

Ask yourself why you are eating all that meat which kills innocent animals and break down the environment. In today’s society we got everything we can ask for when it comes to soy products. We got even chicken and other kind of animals made from soy. I also want to tell you that Soy products offer tons of healthy proteins for your body so you can grow those big muscles without eating meat at all. Think about it, why would you want the climate change to happen faster then it already does? Don’t you want your children to grow up in a nice environment? I sure do and that’s why I only eat Soy products and vegetables. Come on and join the veggie club we always got room for more!
