The Yoga Deck consists of 50 illustrated posture, breath, meditation & om cards, for anyone from beginners to experts. If you’re short on time, you can pick one or two cards, & for a more guided experience, follow one of the suggested sequences provided. Or create your own routine that focuses on your specific needs.

The Posture Cards & the Warm-up Cards each feature a simple illustration of the pose on the front; the reverse side describes how to do the pose and lists its benefits. If it is known, the Sanskrit name of the yoga posture (asana) is also included. Should you wish to do a series of poses, you may choose to follow the numbered cards in sequence. Each Breath (pranayama) and Meditation (dhyana) Card features a lotus blossom, the symbol of simplicity and perfection. The reverse describes a simple breathing exercise or meditative thought, designed to help you relax and recharge. The Om Card, which features the Sanskrit symbol for this powerful sound, offers simple directions to help you use the healing energy of sound and vibration.
